We hope you love your order, however if you wish to return your order for an exchange, store credit or refund, you have 14 days to return an item from the date it was delivered to you. All items returned must be unused, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact). It must also be in the original packaging. After 14 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.

All sale items are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

SHIPPING

We ship via Express post Auspost for $12 AUD delivery fee anywhere in Australia and $15 AUD shipping to New Zealand. All parcels are send in discreet outer packaging. Products will arrive in a Candygirl box, perfect for gifting.

Orders will be packed and sent within 24 hours and delivery can be expected within 2-5 days in Australia only once dispatched.
